From the first consult to the final gallery delivery, you’ll feel supported, prepared, and fully seen. I help you build something that actually makes sense. Not rushed. Not chaotic. Space to breathe. Space to feel. Space to be present.

I’ll send a prep guide so you know exactly what photographs beautifully. I’ll help you think through lighting, locations, travel logistics, family dynamics, and all the tiny things you didn’t even realize matter yet.

On your day, I’m equal parts calm presence and hype girl. If your dress won’t bustle, I’m there. If the boutonniere falls apart, I’ve got it.
If you need five minutes alone to just breathe before walking down the aisle, I will guard that space.

And when it’s time for portraits? I’ll guide you in a way that feels natural. Movement based. Interactive. You won’t be standing there wondering what to do with your hands. You’ll be laughing. Walking. Holding each other. Actually experiencing it.

Adds approximately 25–35 film images per roll. Nostalgic texture and timeless depth woven intentionally into your gallery.

Additional 35mm film - $100/roll

Behind-the-scenes vertical content captured throughout your day and delivered within 48 hours. Raw, social-ready clips to keep the celebration going.

Content Creation $600

A professionally designed, archival-quality album with thick lay-flat pages and custom cover options to preserve your wedding story.

Heirloom Album $1,200

Your full gallery delivered within 1–2 weeks. Perfect for destination weddings or couples who don’t want to wait to relive the day.

Expedited Editing $1,200

A curated set of instant black and white Polaroids captured during your wedding and handed to you before the night ends.

Black & White Polaroids $350

Ideal for large guest counts or multi-location timelines. Adds another perspective capturing guest reactions, cocktail hour, and layered storytelling happening simultaneously.

Third Photographer $150/hr

Every wedding is different. Guest counts vary. Timelines stretch. Visions expand. These additions allow you to tailor your coverage in a way that fits your celebration without compromising the experience.

YOU matter

I’m available for planning questions, timeline adjustments, vendor collaboration, and anything photography related that helps your day flow smoothly. I work closely with your planner and creative team to ensure everything is aligned long before the wedding day arrives.

What Happens Next

Once you’re ready, I’ll send over your custom proposal with contract and invoice. Then we start planning your engagement session and building your photography timeline.

Travel

Travel within Florida is included.

For out-of-state or destination weddings, custom travel quotes are provided based on location and logistics.

Payment Schedule

The remaining balance is divided into manageable payments, with final payment due 30 days before your wedding date.

Flexible payment plans are always available.

Retainer

A 30% non-refundable retainer and signed contract are required to officially reserve your date.
Dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis. Once your contract is signed and retainer is received, your wedding is locked in.

Send an inquiry with your wedding date, location, and which collection feels right for you. If you’re unsure, that’s completely fine. We’ll talk through it together. If your date is available, I’ll send over a custom proposal within 24–48 business hours.

  • Step Two: Secure Your Date
To officially reserve your wedding date, you’ll:
• Sign your contract
• Submit your 30% retainer
Once both are complete, your date is locked in and no longer available to other couples.

  • Step Three: We Start Planning
After booking, you’ll receive:
• Your wedding prep guide
• Engagement session scheduling details
• Timeline planning support

From there, we build this intentionally. We plan for light. We plan for movement. We plan for breathing room. You don’t have to figure this out alone.

And Then…

You get to focus on being engaged. On the excitement. On the anticipation. I’ll handle the documentation. When your wedding day arrives, you won’t feel like you hired a vendor. You’ll feel like you hired someone who genuinely cares about how this is remembered.

When will we receive our photos?

You’ll receive a preview gallery within 72 hours of your wedding.
Full gallery delivery depends on your collection: Spark and Pulse follow my standard turnaround time of up to 85 weekdays. Fire includes a guaranteed 3-week full gallery delivery. Expedited editing is also available as an add-on.


How far in advance should we book?

Most couples book 8–18 months in advance, especially for peak spring and fall dates. Dates are reserved once the contract is signed and retainer is received.
